Yet for many people, especially children, much of their experience with sweets comes from highly processed versions that may not reflect the full range of ingredients, craftsmanship, and possibilities that sweets can offer.
We believe sweets are here to stay - and that they can be made and enjoyed with greater transparency, better ingredients, and deeper understanding.

Our Mission
We empower children, families, educators, home bakers, and communities to create and enjoy thoughtfully made sweets through food literacy, hands-on learning, and meaningful community connection—building confidence, creativity, and informed choices about the ingredients, products, and processes behind the sweets we make, buy, share, and enjoy.
